The purpose of employee interviews was to supplement company- and organization-level data gathered with the help of employer interviews and official registers. The enclosed document summarizes some of the most interesting interim results of the project.
Interim results of the Finnish MEADOW project
The Finnish MEADOW project, funded by Tekes between 2012 and 2014, examines the dynamics of organisation and work in a versatile way. The research material consists of telephone interviews of 1531 employer representatives in Finnish companies and public bodies and 1711 employees in the same organisations.
