In 2013, the research subject will mainly focus on nanotechnology application in agrofood and health. On-farm applications, food processing and food security are examples of applications and they are closely related to human health.
For other nano-technological sectors, only enterprise projects (proposals with companies from both countries as main cooperation partners) are eligible，which should be innovative and meet an expressed market need.
The call is organized by Tekes – the Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China (MOST).
