Round table 10 September 2012: "Radical Innovation from Public Research? Insights from other countries´ funding models".

The application period for the 2012 theme "Intangibles, value creation and policy" closed at the end of August. A total of 19 projects were selected on the basis of the pre-call, and the aim is to process their applications by the end of October. The selection process will also support the intangibles-related programme now being prepared at Tekes.

A synthesising meta-analysis of innovation project results was launched in summer 2012. This meta-analysis serves the new science and innovation policy action programme and the Government report on the future produced by the Prime Minister's Office and will be completed on 30 September.

Collaboration with the Green Growth programme led to funding for projects that support Finland's transition to greener growth in conjunction with the 2011 application process "System-level changes and innovation". Professor Jan Rotmans also visited Finland for the Green Growth summit on June 6th 2012.
